Jamaican Regulations: We strictly follow the rules and guidelines established by the Jamaican Craft Market Association of Jamaica and the relevant Trade and Commerce authorities. All customers, vendors, affiliates, and partners must adhere to these regulations; any breach may result in immediate cancellation of orders or termination of services.

16. Force Majeure

Exemption for Unforeseeable Events: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, strikes, or other force majeure events.
